3:30 – 4:10pm              Refreshment Break – Dedicated Viewing

5:40 – 6:40pm              Networking Reception – Dedicated Viewing

Tuesday, October 30

Exhibit hall open 10:35 – 2:45pm

10:35 – 11:15am           Coffee Break – Dedicated Viewing

2:15 – 2:45pm               Refreshment Break – Dedicated Viewing

2:45 – 4:30pm               Exhibit Dismantle

EARLY BREAKDOWN:  Exhibitors may only breakdown their exhibits at the pre-determined time assigned by the Sponsor.  Exhibitors that breakdown prior to this pre-determined time will pay an early breakdown penalty fee of $500 to the Sponsor. Please have return shipping labels ready!
